What you will need
* Driver's license essential and own transport
* Current working with children's card essential
* Ability to gather and interpret data to create and develop work flows
* Well developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
* Ability to identify and manage operational risk
* Established understanding of procurement and financial management practices
* Ability to practically apply the relevant legislation in operational settings
* Experience in planning and managing projects, assets and resources
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
* Must be reliable and punctual
* Must have weekend and night availability
* High attention to detail
* Maintain accurate records
* Travel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions
What you will be doing
* Support the coordination of operational requirement including those of collaborating agencies and clients
* Support the purchasing, financial management and distribution of resources
* Support mobilisation and demobilisation of resources necessary to meet localised service delivery requirements.
* Provide training, leadership support and structure for staff
* Manage assets, stationery and accountable items.
* Work closely with the Welfare Group Manager and relevant leads to prepare logistics and intelligence on daily tasking.
* Manage and maintain records accordingly.
