**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of complex plumbing systems in custom homes, including high-end fixtures, radiant floor heating, water filtration systems, and custom piping solutions.
- Work closely with the design team to interpret and execute intricate plumbing plans and blueprints for luxury homes.
- Perform rough-ins, Drainage and final installations with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues in custom home environments, ensuring quick and efficient solutions while maintaining quality.
- Install and maintain plumbing for high-performance water systems, custom kitchens, bathrooms, spas, and pools.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and the specific requirements of custom builds.
- Maintain clean and orderly workspaces, handling all tools and materials with care, especially in high-end environments.
- Provide professional, courteous service to high-profile clients and work closely with builders, designers, and project managers.
- Support junior apprentices in developing their skills and understanding of custom residential plumbing.
**Qualifications**
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice in a recognized plumbing program.
- 2-3 years of experience working on custom residential plumbing projects.
- Strong knowledge of high-end plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical plans.
- Experience with premium materials such as copper, brass, and stainless steel, as well as PEX and PVC.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically capable of working on-site and handling high-end materials with care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
