OverviewIT Support Technician (Help Desk / Level 1-2) role at ARCQ Talent.
This is a hands-on position combining Help Desk support, printer/driver troubleshooting, and internal IT system administration.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues across IT and print environments while keeping internal systems humming.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1-2 IT support (printers, Office 365, networking, hardware).
Handle break/fix: remote installs, drivers, scan-to-email/folder.Manage internal IT systems: accounts, group policies, VOIP, servers, NAS.Escalate to engineers/vendors when onsite fixes are needed.Support future MSP clients as their system admin.Lend a hand with warehouse/ops tasks (parts distribution, stock control).
What We're Looking ForExperience in Help Desk / IT support (Level 1-2).
Exposure to Managed Print Services (ideal, not essential).
