About the Role
We're seeking an organised and positive Office Administration Co-ordinator to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for customer service, office administration, stock control, and supporting the Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer service and front-of-house support
* General office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
* Maintaining and ordering stock for warehouse and showroom
* Counting till and reconciling daily
* Inputting invoices, stock, new creditors, and debtors
* Maintaining procedure manuals and job queues
* Minute taking at Toolbox meetings
Must Have:
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Computer skills in Word, Excel & Outlook
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Great communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
* Office or retail experience
* Bookkeeping or data entry knowledge
