Location: Tullamarine with occasional travel to Woodend. Vehicle available for travel between sites.

Snapshot Of Your Day
* Performs assigned day‐to‐day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance and completes maintenance and repair records as required.
* Reviews assigned work orders, estimates time and materials needed to complete repair, orders necessary materials and supplies.
* Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
* Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
* Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
* Responds quickly to emergency situations.
Skills And Experience
* Suitable Trade qualifications or experience with building repair/carpentry work is highly desirable.
* Basic knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
* Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.
* Valid Driver's License.
