The Role
* Lead and deliver authentic themed cuisine nights aligned to your traditional training
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across all sections
* Contribute to menu planning and cultural authenticity of specialty offerings
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Mentor and collaborate with site culinary teams to share traditional techniques
* Consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences to site residents
About You
* Formally trained in traditional Cantonese, Sichuan, Mexican, Thai or Italian cuisine
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or recognised Trade Certificate
* Full Australian working rights
* Strong knowledge of traditional culinary techniques and food safety standards
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and National Police Clearance
* Passionate about sharing your culinary heritage and elevating dining standards
