Due to this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team. Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, this role requires someone who can manage multiple deadlines, communicate effectively with clients and builders, and maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform on-site installation of cabinetry with precision and attention to detail
* Manufacture custom cabinets, wardrobes, vanities and shelving
* Read and interpret cabinet designs, specifications and plans
* Measure, cut and assemble cabinetry and joinery components
* Operate woodworking machinery including CNC, saws, routers and sanders
* Apply finishes including laminates, veneers and edging
* Repair or modify existing cabinetry when required
* Attend site to complete maintenance or warranty works
* Attend appointments in a professional and timely manner
* Assist other field technicians when required
* Use company digital reporting and job capture systems
* Install cabinetry and stone tops when required
* Assist in factory or field-based roles as needed
* Maintain positive relationships with builder supervisors and clients
About You
* Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years industry experience
* Strong teamwork skills and excellent customer service
* Ability to read building plans (preferred but not essential)
* Clear and professional communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
* Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
* Well-presented and professional manner
