We are seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to join our team in the northern Goldfields. The successful candidate will become a member of a hardworking and committed group responsible for managing and directing mechanical maintenance teams within production areas. Our goal is to minimize plant disruptions due to mechanical failures, optimize maintenance schedules, and ensure all planned activities are carried out efficiently.
The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating shift and day personnel, scheduling maintenance work, overseeing ongoing activities, directing supervisors of fitters and sub-contractors working within your area of responsibility. You must also monitor equipment spares suitability and availability. It is essential that you liaise closely with area planners and schedulers to avoid any potential disruptions.
* Coordinate daily operations between various shifts
* Liaise with Maintenance Planners & Schedulers on planning schedules avoiding disruption at critical times as well as schedule training sessions ensuring best practice knowledge sharing across areas
About You
1. A minimum 5 years' experience working at refinery environment or HPGL Plant previously
