* Develop education programs aligned with funding and workforce initiatives.
* Provide leadership and manage resources.
* Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of programs.
Responsibilities
The Professional Development Lead will lead program planning, delivery and evaluation, coordinate orientation and mandatory training, apply the Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment framework and facilitate the learning hub functionality.
* Implementing evidence-based professional development programs.
* Liaising with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Registered Nurse qualification with current registration.
* Extensive experience managing clinical education programs.
* A strong clinical, operational and leadership background.
* Proficiency in learning management systems and data analysis.
