Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Manager (SMP & E&I) to lead the delivery of a major mineral processing and materials handling construction project. Initially based in our Perth office, the role supports early-stage planning, engineering, and mobilisation before transitioning to site on a 2:1 FIFO roster during execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead an effective construction, engineering, project services and support team to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance and innovation to successfully deliver the project
* Manage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
* Effectively manage and provide leadership to the project team
* Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture
* Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention
What you'll bring
* A customer‐centric mindset and strong value of safety
* Proven site‐based Project Management experience executing major multi‐disciplinary (SMP E&I) $100M+ resource construction contracts for a Tier 1 contractor
* Experience managing large scale multi‐disciplinary workforces
* Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant discipline
* Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high‐performance team
* An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions
* Sound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality Standards
