Sharp Motor Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Customer Contact Liaison to join our team in a full-time position. This role supports our Service Departments across multiple customer contact points and includes Reception coverage and assistance with our Karpool car subscription program, with full training provided .


About the Role

In this customer-focused position, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing inbound enquiries, booking service appointments, completing administrative tasks, and following up with customers to ensure a seamless experience.

As part of this role, you will also:

* Provide Reception coverage when required
* Assist with enquiries and administration for our Karpool car subscription service
* Receive full training across all areas to support your success

This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, supporting a team, and delivering outstanding service.


To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing, receptionist, or contact centre role
* Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* A genuine desire to deliver the best possible customer service
* Willingness to learn and support dealership service operations
* Industry experience is advantageous but not essential
* A proactive, resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving skills
