Accounts Payable Officer Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable internal requisitions, purchase orders and invoices in line with procurement policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Finance Coordinator with the processing of accounts payable internal requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
* Ensure purchase orders are matched to goods received in the finance system.
* Process purchasing card reconciliations.
* Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in accounts processing.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Able to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s).
