About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our territory, providing solutions for customers with a strong customer service focus. You will develop strategic relationships, source new business, and share of wallet opportunities for our services.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day account management whilst winning new business and retaining business
* Develop strategic relationships with customers and industry participants
* SOURCE NEW BUSINESS AND SHARE OF WALLET OPPORTUNITIES
* Keep abreast of competitor activity and maintain up-to-date data base of relevant information
* Provide excellent customer service, going the extra mile
* Ensure all reporting is submitted as required
* Geographically responsible from Mandurah to Kalgoorlie

Your Skills and Experience:
* Ability to manage day-to-day account management whilst winning new business and retaining business
* Previous experience in hunting new business sales or similar position will be looked upon favourably
* Solutions-focused, able to dive unique sales solutions for our customers
* Possession for sales and solutions
* Exceptional time management and administration skills
* Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
* Intermediate MS Office skills
* Experience using Customer Relationship Management software would be advantageous
* Managing call cycles and managing accurate pipeline
