Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role
We are looking for a Merchandiser in ROPES CROSSING.
Up to 28 hours per week (average 16 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Tuesday, Thursday and Friday being essential days. Immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing robust relationships with Grocery personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
* Planogram or similar experience in a grocery/retail environment
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
