About the Role

Our client, an ASX-listed company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Administration Coordinator to support the smooth day‐to‐day running of a busy corporate office and provide high‐level administrative support across the business.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‐paced, professional environment. You will work closely with senior leadership while supporting the wider team across administration, legal coordination, HR administration, investor relations support, and office operations.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO and COO, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally, while providing reliable support across multiple corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing front‐of‐house operations, meeting rooms, calls, mail and couriers
* Liaising with service providers including IT, facilities, cleaners and property management
* Coordinating internal and external events, including board‐related activities
* Supporting legal administration, contract registers and reporting
* Providing HR administration support across recruitment, onboarding, probation and employee lifecycle changes
* Assisting with board and executive administration, including document preparation and travel coordination
* Supporting investor relations and marketing administration, including reports, events and communications
* Maintaining internal systems, registers, intranet and website content
* Managing office supplies, amenities and corporate records

Qualifications

* 2‐3+ years' experience in an office management or senior administration role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with systems and registers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
* A practical, solutions‐focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
* Resilience, flexibility and a genuine "can‐do" attitude
* A collaborative mindset and professional presence
