About the Role
* We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Lead to oversee financial management in the Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.
* Create and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with Genpact to manage accounting operations effectively.
* Closely monitor cash flow, liquidity, treasury, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
