Job Description
Reporting to the HR Manager you will support with the recruitment of casual pool, and permanent employees. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
* Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
* Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
* Provide support and advice on recruitment best practices to internal stakeholders.
* Promote the organisation's mission and values to attract candidates aligned with their goals.
The Successful Applicant
* You will have a strong recruitment track record. A mix of casual and permanent recruitment is preferred.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outcome focused.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.
