Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical engineering for HV substations, solar, battery and electrical balance of plant (BOP).
* Prepare forecasts and constructability reviews.
* Supervise commissioning activities with site teams.
* Develop inspection and test plans and work packs for electrical installation work packages.
* Review electrical works test sheets and sign off plans.
* Support project managers with compliance to the management system.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical discipline.
* Leadership ability and project management experience.
* HV electrical systems or renewable utilities project experience.
* Proven experience supervising technical staff.
* Proactive approach to performance improvement.
