A well-established and award winning Property Developer with a significant portfolio and track record of delivering residential communities. With an active pipeline of current and upcoming projects, they are considered one of the market leaders in the Property industry.
The Role
Based from a Sales office at the project site, you will manage the end to end sales process, selling new homes off the plan and delivering an unsurpassed customer experience. You will have one direct report of a Sales Assistant who will assist you with the sales volume and with administrative and CRM tasks, meeting and greeting buyers and calls.
You will diligently follow up on the highly qualified leads presented to you, meet with potential buyers, guide them through the sales process, negotiate and close a sale. Your role will also involve weekly/monthly reporting and maintaining the CRM.
About You
Ideally, you are a Sales Consultant with experience in New Homes, Medium Density, Retirement Living or Apartments. Ideally you hold a current SA Agent's Rep Certificate/Cert IV Real Estate or the equivalent (preferred not essential), a current driver's licence and own vehicle and the ability to work public holidays, Saturdays & Sundays, with 2 days off during the week.
