About the Practice: Our Bupa Dental South Melbourne practice is well known for its cosmetic and general dentistry.
We are a beautiful newly renovated practice looking for two front-facing Dental Assistant - Receptionists.
Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 6-chair practice.

The Opportunity: We have two versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunities at our South Melbourne practice for someone with strong reception experience who is also keen and willing to learn the clinical side of dental assisting:
Modern dental practice with 6 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
Friendly, fun and dedicated team
Early bird parking and 2 min walk to practice
Play a key role in maintaining our amazing customer-focused culture
Meet and greet patients, providing an exceptional first impression
Book and amend appointments, answer phones, manage patient records
Support treatment coordination and patient flow
Make patients aware of dental services and offers
Handle payments accurately and professionally
Access sensitive information whilst maintaining confidentiality
High-end patient care; building & maintaining strong relationships with all clients
Opportunity to learn chairside assistance
Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment (training provided)
Assist with instrument sterilisation and maintain infection control standards (training provided)
You'll be:
Available to work Full Time hours, Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 6:00pm
Or interested in flexible casual hours, if applying for our casual opportunity
12+ months experience in reception or customer-facing roles (dental reception experience ideal but not essential)
Eager and motivated to learn Dental Assisting on the job
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded but not required
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional in communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about customer service and patient care
Organised with great attention to detail
Able to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, warm, professional manner
