Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for our employees.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot end-user incidents within the agreed SLA, installing and configuring hardware and software as needed.
* Log and monitor incidents in our platform, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Maintain security policies across the user base by identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
* Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, manage mailboxes, perform ongoing asset management tasks including mobile phone administration.
