**Job Opportunity: HR, Admin/Operations Officer**

We're looking for a versatile and enthusiastic HR, Admin/Operations Officer to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our expanding business operations and enhancing the quality of services we deliver. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage contracts, research job portals, and assist in recruitment processes.
- Design and implement onboarding programs, including creating resources, templates, and tools to streamline processes for new team members.
- Review and organise documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards, and implement systems to enhance collaboration and accessibility.
- Conduct research and develop cost-effective operational systems, including timesheet and financial management tools.
- Oversee branding and marketing efforts, such as designing and ordering company materials, and expanding the business network through outreach.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve business operations, including budgeting, financial integration, and compliance with employment and taxation requirements.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Canva, Xero, and Adobe Editor (subscriptions provided if necessary).
- Excellent research and communication skills to liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to design and implement efficient workflows and documentation systems.
- Familiarity with NDIS or a willingness to learn about NDIS processes and requirements (Not Mandatory).
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to supporting team success.
