Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a Qualified Cabinetmaker to join our team.

What We're Looking For
You must possess the following:
* Qualified cabinetmaker with proven experience
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Ability to think independently and problem-solve
* Current driver's license (essential)
* Forklift ticket (advantageous)

Role Duties
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
* Working with our project delivery team to ensure customer requirements are met
* Planning and managing workflow to ensure deadlines are achieved
* Quality control, measurement, and refinement
* Monitoring and reporting on weekly production progress

What We Offer
* Permanent full-time position with immediate start
* Wages: $39.00 – $42.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Located in Pakenham (just off the freeway)
* Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
* 2–3 weeks off over Christmas
