About the role 
You will manage conveyancing files end to end, covering residential, commercial, business, and land divisions. You will liaise with stakeholders, prepare contracts and Form 1s, and ensure smooth settlements through PEXA. 
Duties 
- Manage conveyancing files from start to finish 
- Draft contracts, Form 1s, and land division documents 
- Liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders 
- Handle settlements and lodgements via PEXA 
- Build strong client and referrer relationships 
Skills & experience 
- Registered Conveyancer or relevant qualifications 
- Strong knowledge of PEXA and conveyancing procedures 
- Experience with residential, commercial, and business files 
- High attention to detail and strong admin skills 
- Excellent communication and client service focus
