Leadership Support Role
As a member of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with executive leaders to ensure the smooth operation of college leadership and delivery of strategic vision.
This role provides administrative support across various college initiatives, events, and governance activities.
* Manage calendars, correspondence, and college communications
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
* Prepare high-quality resources, presentations, and reports
* Support college-wide projects and events
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to policy, procedure, and compliance processes
Requirements
* Previous experience in administration or a similar role
* Excellent organisational skills
* High-level communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
* Professional, proactive approach to work
* Commitment to the mission and values of the organisation
* Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
* Driver's Licence
