The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role offers exposure to complex transactions, valuations, and strategic advisory projects, working closely with clients and senior leaders.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist in the execution of deals across M&A and corporate finance engagements
* Build financial models and undertake detailed analysis in Microsoft Excel
* Draft key documents such as Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side engagements
* Analyse company performance and conduct industry research and benchmarking
* Prepare valuation reports and marketing materials
* Manage client file administration and databases
* Actively build and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent service and timely delivery
What We Are Looking For
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Accounting
* 3 years' experience in a professional services environment specialising in Corporate Advisory
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
* A strong client service focus and ability to develop relationships
