About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team based in Wollongong. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering construction projects and possess excellent leadership skills.
The role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating workflow, and supervising staff and contractors. A key aspect of the job is ensuring health and safety regulations are maintained and that materials and machinery are delivered on time.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors and liaising with clients and project managers to ensure clear communication.
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years site management experience in multi-disciplinary construction projects.
* Experience delivering projects valued between $2m and $12m.
* A trade background and strong technical skills.
* A proven track record in the Sydney/Wollongong construction market.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
