We are currently seeking an experienced Quality, Safety & Assurance Manager to provide strong, practical governance leadership while enabling our operational teams to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality services nationwide. This is a permanent part-time role (2–3 days per week), ideal for a seasoned professional looking to make a meaningful impact with flexibility. About the role Reporting to both the CEO and COO, you’ll lead Constant’s Integrated Management System (IMS), Safety Management System and organisational assurance frameworks, ensuring they are compliant, practical and embedded across the business. You’ll operate as: Internal Management Coordinator (IMC) for the IMS. Organisational Safety Manager for WHS compliance. Assurance lead for training, competency and supplier compliance. This role partners closely with executive and operational leaders, balancing strong governance discipline with real-world operational practicality. Key responsibilities Lead and continuously improve Constant’s Integrated Management System. Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions and external certification audits. Own WHS governance, risk registers, incident management and safety audits. Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and regulatory requirements nationally. Oversee training compliance, competency assurance and audit readiness. Provide assurance over supplier and subcontractor compliance. Deliver clear, practical quality, safety and compliance reporting to leadership. Support tenders, client assurance requests and due diligence activities. Influence and embed quality and safety culture across the organisation. About you You’re a confident and pragmatic quality and safety professional who can influence without authority and build strong relationships at all levels. You’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in quality, safety and assurance roles in compliance-driven environments. Strong working knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and audit frameworks. Practical WHS leadership experience, including audits and investigations. Experience coordinating internal and external audits. Excellent communication skills and executive-level credibility. A continuous improvement mindset focused on usability and system maturity. Desirable qualifications and experience: Lead or Internal Auditor qualification. Cert IV or Diploma in WHS. Diploma in Quality Management. Experience working with ISO standards. Background in security, facilities management or similar high-compliance service industries. Why join our Team?
