We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch and will involve working to create a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment they walk in.
The successful candidate will engage in meaningful conversations with customers to uncover their needs and utilise their knowledge of Westpac's financial products and services to support their holistic banking needs.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with banking transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals
* Educate customers on digital platforms, such as online banking and mobile apps
* Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing through tailored solutions
This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing role
* Numerical Skills: proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy
* Personality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people
* Resilience: ability to remain calm and composed whilst handling challenging situations
* Adaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
