Assistant Baker
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Baker to join our team in Richmond. This is a full-time position that requires weekend work.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Head Baker to produce top-quality products and support day-to-day bakery operations. Key responsibilities include managing orders, maintaining stock levels, assisting with training, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in baking and/or patisserie, or three years' experience in lieu
* Qualification in baking and/or patisserie highly regarded
* Excellent time management skills

About the Role:
This role involves working in a shared space with our Head Baker and Pastry Team to produce donuts and bread items. Ensuring product quality and consistency is crucial, as well as maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen area adhering to all HACCP SOPs.
