The role
Reporting to the Senior Strategic Planning Engineer, this role supports long-term planning for water and wastewater systems and provides high-quality technical advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work across strategic asset planning, hydraulic modelling, urban water strategy development and water resource planning, while contributing to the sustainable operation of a diverse and geographically spread portfolio of assets.
What you'll bring
* A tertiary qualification in engineering
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the water industry or a related technical infrastructure field
* Experience using water and/or sewerage hydraulic models.
* Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
* The ability to be self motivated and able to embrace innovative solutions.
