The Role We are seeking an experienced Asset & Field Service Management (AFSM) Functional Lead to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program delivering enterprise asset management and field service capabilities. Location: North Sydney – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Duration: 12 month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension Day Rate: $1200-$1400 a day including super This role is responsible for the design, configuration and support of SAP solutions across enterprise asset management and field service execution, with a focus on SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and its integration with SAP S/4HANA Service and Work Asset Management (AWM / EAM / SAM). You will work closely with operations teams, field technicians, schedulers, finance and IT to support digital and mobile field service processes. Responsibilities Analyse business requirements across field service, maintenance and service management processes Design and configure SAP Field Service Management (FSM) modules including planning & dispatching, workforce management, mobile field service and service workflows Configure SAP S/4HANA Service Management and/or SAP EAM (PM) components including service orders, work orders, contracts and maintenance plans Develop functional specifications for integrations, APIs, reports, forms and enhancements Support integration across SAP FSM and S/4HANA including master data, service orders and service confirmations Lead workshops with operations teams, schedulers and field technicians to gather requirements and define processes Support project lifecycle activities including configuration, testing, training, cutover and hypercare Support data migration and master data governance for service materials, assets and technician profiles Experience Strong hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) configuration and deployment Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA Service and/or SAP EAM Strong understanding of field service processes including dispatching, technician workflows, service confirmations and spare parts management Experience configuring mobile forms, workflows, task sequences and checklists Ability to develop functional specifications and work with integration teams Strong stakeholder engagement skills working with operations and field service teams Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Please apply ASAP to secure an interview slot this week.
