**About the Role**

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-admission experience in a reputable corporate team, with excellent technical skills and a high level of adaptability.
We are seeking someone who can provide strong support to a senior partner on market-leading corporate advisory transactions, working on high-end transactions including acting for interstate listed entities/public M&A and large off-market deals.

* Provide technical analysis and high-quality drafting in a reputable corporate team.

**Requirements**
* At least 3 years PAE in a highly reputable corporate team.
* Switched on, highly technical Associate or Senior Associate.
