Account Manager Role
DHL is seeking an Account Manager to act as the liaison between our operations, customers, and wider business.
This role involves overcoming daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
You will have autonomy to make decisions and grow professionally by utilizing your leadership, customer management, and influencing skills to drive the future of logistics using the latest technology.
* Partner with leading customers to develop and grow their business.
* Initiate Continuous Improvements for the customer to achieve a competitive edge.
* Understand customer needs and expectations and work closely with them for their success.
* Ensure profitable growth and manage the P&L.
* Support key account functions such as complaint handling, claim resolution, problem-solving, and other contractually agreed services.

* Manage account strategy including contract renewals.

Qualifications and Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A proven track record in logistics, 3PL or 4PL environments.
* Experience in Account Management, preferably within Lifesciences and Healthcare.
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills and exposure to warehouse management systems.
* Negotiation skills for senior-level partner agreements.
* P&L experience.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
