Role Summary:
The Test Centre Coordination Manager at Broome supports the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensures operations align with IELTS rules and regulations.
This role involves coordinating with the Test Centre team, managing customer inquiries, and conducting pre-test, test day and post-test activities to achieve efficiency, compliance and customer satisfaction goals.
Job Description:
* Coordinate test day activities, including customer registration and test supervision.
* Prepare test day documents and update digital databases and records.
* Oversee the schedule of Speaking tests and ensure secure management of confidential materials.
* Resolve technical issues with hardware and software platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
* Customer Service
o Ensure an outstanding experience for customers at every stage – before, during and after the test.
o Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Provide expert advice on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
o Support clients with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
