HVG Facades, a part of the HVG group of companies, distribute innovative cladding products throughout Australia that enhance and transform building facades.
Our industry leading brands are used widely in the architectural and corporate identity markets with a strong focus on commercial construction and recladding.
As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person supporting the Victorian Facades Sales team across VIC, SA, and TAS. Your work will keep our project pipeline moving — researching opportunities, qualifying leads, coordinating details, and making sure the team has accurate information from design and specification through to construction.
If you're proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple priorities, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on our results while working closely with a passionate, high-performing team.

Confirm site contacts for awarded projects by liaising with builder offices.
Report on project status and updates in regular project team meetings.
