Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Lead: you will be responsible for performing the maintenance works scheduled by the planning team, high quality maintenance, job scoping, repairs, and installations on all fixed plant processing equipment with a focus on improving reliability. This position requires: 2 years minimum post trade experience & previous experience working with a fixed plant.

* Valid Tickets: Confined Space, Working at Heights and Elevated
Duties
* Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Execute daily mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and repair tasks on plant equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
* Adhere to Safety and Standards: Work safely and efficiently at all times, strictly complying with all OHS, Environmental Management System standards, company procedures, and policies.
* Maintenance Schedule Execution: Complete assigned work orders and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with the overall maintenance plan.
* Material Readiness: Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and critical parts are prepared and readily available before commencing work.
* Reporting and Communication: Provide timely and accurate feedback to the maintenance supervisor or planner regarding job progress, resource requirements, and any potential issues or scope changes.
* Compliance Participation: Actively participate in safety meetings, training, and initiatives to maintain full compliance with site OHS and environmental requirements.
* Skill Development: Apply and continually develop technical mechanical skills to perform high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work.

Qualifications
* Certification: Mechanical Trades certificate.
* Technical Skills: SAP knowledge would be highly regarded.
* License: Valid Driver's license.
Fitness for Work
* Ability to pass full medical, drug, and alcohol screening.
Work Arrangement
