We are seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to support the effective management of ICT contracts within a specialist team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full lifecycle management of ICT contracts, including monitoring vendor performance against SLAs.
* Provide advice on contract negotiations, standards, and managing non-compliance or underperformance.
* Prepare high-quality reporting for executive stakeholders on contract performance.
* Administer contract amendments, extensions, and maintain the contracts register.
* Ensure consistent contract management practices across ICT and compliance with security and privacy policies.
* Identify risks and provide guidance to mitigate issues.
* Contribute to planning, business case development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build and maintain effective relationships across teams to ensure seamless ICT services.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in ICT contract management within a complex organisation.
* Awareness of Memorandums of Agreement and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and complex tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to asset management, procurement, and government ICT contracts.
* Commitment to WH&S legislation, risk management, and equity/diversity principles.

Casual Loading
