A leading surveying firm in regional New South Wales is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, including cadastral, engineering, infrastructure, renewables, and rail projects, while contributing to the development of key regional infrastructure and property ventures.
As a Surveyor, you will undertake precise surveying work using modern technology and equipment. You will process and interpret survey data, prepare reports and plans, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and government authorities to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct accurate surveying using GPS, total stations, and other modern equipment
* Process survey data, including computations, drafting, and reporting
* Interpret and apply plans, titles, and technical data accurately
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal procedures
* Collaborate with project teams to deliver practical and high-quality outcomes
About You
* Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Surveyor
* Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
* Proven experience in cadastral, engineering, infrastructure, renewables, or rail projects
* Proficient with GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD (or similar software)
* Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
