Not very often does an prospect come along like this one! An Administration Support Officer is required for a major dealer group that has several dealerships located in and around Melbourne. The group is privately owned & operated and has been trading since the 60's.
This role will see you work close to Southbank and the Yarra and you will join a small Administration team that forms the support network for a dealership of around 30 staff. Sales, Service & Parts - this busy operation retails two major brands plus retails quality used vehicles.
**Role Responsibilities & Competencies** 
- Stock Control Support - bringing new & used vehicles into stock via the Police Book and then into the dealer's computer system 
- Acquire, transfer & registration of stock vehicles. 
- Costing of deals, process purchase orders 
- Banking 
- Reception - backup/support 
- Prior dealership experience preferred. 
- VIC Roads experience & accreditation 
- ERA Power/Pentana DMS - an advantage
