Our client has an excellent reputation in the southern suburbs and due to continued growth seeks a commercially minded Senior Property Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio, driving stability, profitability and strategic growth. Our client has been around for over 10 years and prides themselves on offering the highest level of customer service to their valued clients.

The Position, but not limited to:
* This is a strategic, revenue-focused leadership position.
* You will lead another Property Manager ensuring strong KPI performance, workflow efficiency and a high-performing, low-friction operation.
* Managing a portfolio predominantly South of the River in a Pod system
* Building strong relationships with owners
* Using your BD skills to help grow the portfolio year on year
* Managing any disputes and court attendance
The Criteria:
* Experience managing your own portfolio for 5+ years
* Current property management reg and valid driver's license
* Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
* Have excellent time management skills
