An established and growing aged care organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across two aged care facilities. This newly created role reports to the Group Financial Controller and offers the opportunity to lead a capable finance team while contributing to system and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a small finance team
* Oversee financial management and reporting for two aged care facilities
* Manage monthly reporting, budgets and financial analysis
* Ensure compliance with statutory and Department of Health requirements
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial insights and process improvements
* Support the selection and implementation of a new ERP system
* Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
About You:
* CA or CPA qualified
* Experience in aged care, healthcare or a highly regulated sector
* Strong technical accounting and compliance skills
* Proven people leadership experience
* Hands-on systems experience (Xero exposure highly regarded)
