Join Us to Deliver Work That Matters
We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to join our Digital team. This end-to-end role spans the full automation lifecycle, from identifying and scoping new opportunities through to technical design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare and ongoing production support.
You'll work across process assessment, documentation, technical delivery and sustainment, building automations in UiPath Studio and helping ensure digital workers perform reliably in production. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining technical depth with practical problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
This role spans technical scoping, end-to-end automation delivery, and ongoing production support. In practice, this looks like:
* Assess manual processes with business analysts and SMEs to determine automation feasibility and technical approach.
* Estimate development effort, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to detailed process and solution design documentation.
* Build robust, scalable and maintainable automations using UiPath Studio and the Robotic Enterprise Framework.
* Develop clean backend logic to work with complex data structures including JSON and XML.
* Complete testing across unit, system integration and user acceptance phases, and support deployment through UiPath Orchestrator.
* Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, communicate outages or exceptions, and optimise existing automations over time.
* Maintain and re-test automations in response to application changes, API updates and evolving business rules.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with strong UiPath development experience, sound technical judgement and the ability to contribute across both delivery and support. You'll be confident working independently, solving complex technical issues and building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Strong self‐management skills with the ability to prioritise work and deliver to agreed timeframes
