 
        
        Reservations Services Supervisor - Hospitality 
Our hospitality, central Sydney based client are looking for a Reservations Services Supervisor to join them to work various sift patterns for a 7 day a week, 9am-10pm contact center operation, to supervise teams of 10. 
Supervise Reservations Service Agents. Including but not limited to 80% of 
team members' calls answered in 20 seconds, call capture ratio, quality 
assurance, conversion and revenue booked sourced from phone calls and 
Coordinate resources to ensure optimal reservations service delivery 
Monitor and evaluate the quality and consistency of service and product 
delivery to continuously exceed service standards, ensuring alignment with the 
overall strategic and operating plans for the business.
