Cashiers Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Cashier to join them in delivering Great Service, Always to their customers.
As a Cashier, you have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service focused cashier support and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Understand life at home solutions and help customers find the best outcome.
Work in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Replenish large volumes of stock.
Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable.
Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely, accurate service.
Be flexible with retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
Motivated with great attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude.
Interest in Visual Merchandising.
Experience with cash handling and POS is desirable.
Ability to adapt across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays.
