* To ensure that all releases comply with change management policies and minimize downtime for business-critical applications.
* To provide hands-on expertise in Jira Service Management, troubleshooting complex technical issues, escalating when necessary.
Tech Skills Required
1. A strong knowledge base of ITIL frameworks including incident, problem and change management processes.
