Information Technology Support Role
The IT support specialist will provide technical assistance to employees and contractors, manage user accounts, maintain IT systems and oversee internal operations.
This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac and Windows operating systems.
* Lead and mentor IT support technicians.
* Develop and implement IT support best practices.
* Monitor IT systems and address potential issues.
* Manage IT assets and document technical procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Background in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience.
* Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.
* Strong grasp of Identity and Access Management and Mobile Device Management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
