About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the grocery department in one of our stores, ensuring exceptional presentation, customer experience, and team engagement. You will report directly to the Store Manager and be accountable for sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Able to think ahead, motivate your team, and deliver results with pride
* Focused on maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
