Job Description:
This role provides specialist advisory and consultancy services to the workforce and delegates across the Health Service in relation to HR, ER, and industrial relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Providing specialist advisory and consultancy services across HR, ER, and industrial relations matters.
 * Generalist HR support, entitlements, discipline, investigations, grievances, appeals, public interest disclosures, performance management, and official misconduct.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in human resources, employment relations, or a related field are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a diverse and supportive environment are essential.
