We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our Italian restaurant located along the beautiful riverside in Ballina, NSW. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy crafting quality drinks, and thrive in a friendly team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
- Deliver excellent customer service in a relaxed, welcoming setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly
- Comply with RSA, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Valid RSA (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
